Retained Search involves proactively utilising our full network capability to identify and target suitable candidates.
It combines both a recruitment and headhunting approach, as we search from our existing candidate pool, map the market to identify all suitable individuals and undertake cold calls if required.

We advocate retained search if a company requires an individual with a specialist background or skill set or there are time constraints. It is often appropriate where the requirement is more competency-based rather than experience-based.
