BYT consultants are passionate about what we do!
We are a team of recruitment experts who have worked in a wide range of industry sectors including management consultancy, finance, retail, property, FMCG, diplomatic service, oil and gas, leisure and NGOs. We have backgrounds in finance, sales, marketing, CRM, HR and Human Performance.
We hold degrees from leading universities including Cambridge, Bristol and LSE as well as Colgate in New York State and Uppsala in Sweden. Between us we speak 7 languages, including Spanish, Swedish, German, French, Portuguese and Mandarin and have all lived in at least one other country.
The combination of all these experiences and skills ensures that we develop a very deep understanding of both client and candidate needs. We continue to build our dynamic network of talented candidates and exciting clients. - Hanna sings in two choirs and owns what is possibly the worlds most amazing collection of jewellery.
- Fiona travels extensively and is actively involved in her parents' business in West Africa.
- Charlotte is passionate about the outdoors, skiing, riding and playing tennis as much as she can.
- Katharine is a keen diver and our resident film buff.
- Claire spends her weekends exploring and sometimes indulging in fine food and wine as well as playing the odd game of tennis.
- Jo is kept busy with her three children, voluntary work and is our marathon runner.
- David is also kept busy by his three children and enjoys the countryside and the arts.
