Personal Profile Builder
It is highly recommended that a CV includes a Personal Profile. A Personal Profile is normally the first thing a potential recruiter will read about you and it needs to capture their attention in order to increase the chances of your application being pursued.
Think of yourself as a ‘product’ with features and benefits, certain skills and special talents that other people value. Identify what makes you unique and therefore why you would be of value to an organisation.
Your Personal Profile should be two to three sentences long and written in the third person. The three step process below will help you write your Personal Profile. The first sentence should describe who you are, the second should present a summary of your skills and experience and the third should explain your personal career target.
Use this process to help stimulate your thinking about your Personal Profile and then refine your profile until you are happy with the message it gives.
1. Who You Are
Write the first sentence to describe who you are. For example, "A highly motivated and creative individual with 5 years experience in online marketing"
You can use the following descriptors to help decide what applies best for you:
highly skilled, highly motivated, knowledgeable, reliable, creative, hardworking, versatile, confident, flexible, competent, enthusiastic, qualified, adaptable, energetic

3. What you want (Career target)
