services: Contingent Selection
Contingent Selection involves identifying candidates using those individuals within our network who are actively looking for opportunities.
In essence, rather than searching the marketplace for candidates, we use a defined candidate pool.
Why use this approach?
It is most applicable where a company requires an individual with either a generalist or relatively typical bright young thing’s profile. We recommend this approach if we are confident that our network will easily and quickly yield a strong pool of suitable candidates.
It is undertaken on a success-fee basis only, paid upon placement of a candidate.
