Brief
The ideal candidate would have around eight to ten years of strategy, and would be a media specialist. Timescales were extremely tight and we needed to turn the role around in three days.
Approach
We used our strategy consultancy, industry and MBA networks, interviewing five candidates over three days and shortlisting three.
Results
Of the three candidates, all were interviewed by the client and a hire was made, with a total one week turnaround time.
