Brief
The ideal candidate would be a strong dealmaker and analytical thinker with top tier academics, team and budget management experience and would ideally hold an MBA.
Approach
We used our extensive MBA, Strategy consultancy, Online and Blue chip networks to ensure that we found the appropriate candidate. Further to this, we assessed candidates with M&A and venture capital backgrounds as they would hold strong dealmaking experience.
Results
We found seven on-brief candidates, all of whom were interviewed and a hire was made. This candidate is now running an extremely successful team, and we have now recruited a further four people into the team.
