Process Management – We operate on a full-service consultative basis by managing the whole recruitment process on our clients behalf. In addition to identifying candidates, we act as an objective conduit between parties, arranging interviews, receiving feedback post interview, addressing issues and supporting clients in converting offers into hires.
Dedicated Teams – For each mandate, a Consultant will be responsible for overall delivery and a Researcher will be assigned to support the identification of candidates.
