Bespoke Solutions – Every client is different. We do not believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Instead we provide bespoke solutions aligned to a company’s individual requirements by operating on both a search and selection basis. This includes the following services: Contingent Selection, Retained Search, Talent Alert

Process Management – We operate on a full-service consultative basis by managing the whole recruitment process on our clients behalf. In addition to identifying candidates, we act as an objective conduit between parties, arranging interviews, receiving feedback post interview, addressing issues and supporting clients in converting offers into hires.

Dedicated Teams – For each mandate, a Consultant will be responsible for overall delivery and a Researcher will be assigned to support the identification of candidates.
